KIEV, Nov. 6 – A 76% stake in OJSC Luhanskteplovoz Holding Company has been written off from the account of the Bryansk Engineering Plant managing company (Russia) and transferred to the account of the State Property Fund, according to a company report.
"On Nov. 5 it became known that according to a ruling of Luhansk Regional Economic Court of Oct. 12, 2009, the registrar (Center-Registrar Ltd.) on that day sent a 76% stake in OJSC Luhanskteplovoz Holding Company to the personal account of the SPF," reads the document signed by Luhanskteplovoz Director General Viktor Bykadorov.
