MARIUPOL (Donetsk region), Nov. 6 – Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko has proposed that the heads of mining and smelting enterprises mull the possibility of diversifying their supplies of natural gas through buying it on the European spot markets.

"It's high time to think about the diversification of gas supplies to your enterprises. Russian gas is sold at exchanges, just study the prices there. There is the possibility to buy gas at attractive market prices there," Tymoshenko said at a meeting on the issues of the mining and smelting complex' work in Mariupol on Friday.
