KIEV, Nov. 5 – The International Monetary Fund may consider the possibility of providing Ukraine with the fourth tranche of the Stand-By Arrangement only after the country reaches a broad consensus concerning the implementation of its anti-crisis program, said Caroline Atkinson, the director of the IMF's External Relations Department.
"In Ukraine, as in any other country, the key is to have a broad consensus, and we need to see that consensus behind the appropriate measures, [the] measures that will deliver a sustainable strong recovery that will help Ukraine before we move forward with the third review," she said at a bi-weekly press briefing in Washington on Thursday.
