KIEV, Oct. 30 - Donetsk-based Gerc Investment and Construction Group plans in November to open a representative office in Erbil, the capital of Iraqi Kurdistan.

"We decided to enter the [construction] market [in Iraq] at a strategic session of our holding. The representative office will be opened in November. We see the market and we understand it," the group's president, Oleksandr Rotov, said at a meeting of representatives of the Regional Development and Construction Ministry, the Ukrainian Construction Association (UCA) and members of an Iraqi delegation in Kiev.
