KIEV, Oct. 28 – State-run joint-stock company Chornomornaftogaz and China Precision Machinery Import-Export Corporation (CPMIEC) are interested in building at the latter's facilities a self-elevating offshore drilling rig for the Azov and Black Seas.

A respective protocol of intent was signed on Oct. 26 in the presence of Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko and Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Dejiang, Chornomornaftogaz's press service reported on Wednesday.
