KIEV, Oct. 27 – The National Bank of Ukraine hasn't yet started transferring money to the state budget to finance preparations for hosting the Euro 2012 European Championship, Serhiy Kruhlyk, the director of NBU foreign economic relations department, said.

According to Kruhlyk, the law obliging the NBU to allocate an extra UAH 9.8 billion to finance preparations for the Euro 2012 contradicts the law on the National Bank of Ukraine, which envisages that the NBU Council approves the bank's financial plan.
