KIEV, Oct. 20 – Smart-holding said it has implemented its investment commitments in full at OJSC Kherson shipyard under an agreement on the purchase of the shipyard of August 30, 2004 and an annex to the agreement signed on April 7, 2006 between Ukraine's State Property Fund and Smart Group.

Smart-holding said on Monday that the fund checked the implementation of the agreement and confirmed that the company had fulfilled it in full.
