ODESSA, Oct. 12 – LUKOIL-Odessa Oil Refinery is drawing up an appeal in the courts against OJSC Ukrtransnafta to seek compensation for losses arising from the company's idle period.

The director general of the Odessa Oil Refinery, Oleksiy Kovalenko, said at a press conference on Oct. 9 in Odessa that the losses of the company in October would come to around $3.5 million.
