MOSCOW, Oct. 9 - Russian oil major Lukoil said it hopes to settle the problems surrounding its Odessa Oil Refinery in Ukraine within a month.

"We are now in talks. I hope we will agree our operations and the refinery will get back to normal operations," Lukoil President Vagit Alekperov told Vesti television.

He added that a tally of the losses caused by the refinery's stoppage was currently being produced.
