KIEV, Oct. 9 - The State Road Service (Ukravtodor) plans to borrow $600 million from the World Bank to renovate the Lubny-Poltava highway.
"Taking into consideration the positive experience of cooperation with international financial organizations and the limited budgets in the near-term outlook, the government has decided to prolong cooperation with the IFOs, namely the World Bank," Ukravtodor said in a statement.
Ukravtodor said it has drawn up a new proposal to extend a project for the next highway stretch of the Kiev-Kharkiv-Dovzhansky highway from the town of Lubny to the city of Poltava."
