KIEV, Oct. 6 – Representatives of South Korea's Posco steel company, which is Asia's third largest steelmaker, have signed a memorandum of mutual understanding and cooperation with the Metinvest Group, one of Ukraine's largest mining and metallurgical holdings.

"The scale of cooperation is to be determined by the exchange of information about the general situation in the metallurgical industry in both countries, trends seen on the world's steel market, as well as the possible exchange of know-how and other engineering information about mining and steelmaking," said Metinvest.
