KIEV/MOSCOW, Oct. 5 – The UAH 400 million deposit for bidding in a canceled tender for the sale of the Odessa port-side chemical plant has been returned only to one of the three bidders – Russian-based Azot-Service Ltd., which is a subsidiary of OAO SIBUR Holding.

The pledge was repaid in due time, the Russian company told Interfax on Monday.

However, Nortima Ltd. and Frunze-Flora claim they have not received their bidding deposits.
