KIEV, Oct. 5 – The total payment on Ukraine's foreign debts in 2010 is expected at around $20.3 billion, according to the National Bank of Ukraine.

"The outflow of funds on the account of transactions with capital and financial transactions will continue, but less than in 2009. The target payments on direct and guaranteed state debt next year will be at least $2.3 billion, and that for private debt – over $18 billion," read key principles of the monetary and credit policy for 2010.
