KIEV, Sept. 30 – The global pipe market has stopped declining and has started recovering, according to Hennadiy Hazin, the director general and president of the EastOne international investment and consulting group, the investment portfolio of which includes Interpipe Pipe and Wheel Company.

"The slump has stopped and we see that some markets have started growing slowly, and some more quickly," he said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
