KIEV, Sept. 28 – Ukraine will be able to overcome the financial crisis only by taking more efforts instead of fully relying on the International Monetary Fund’s financial aid, said IMF Managing Director Dominique Strauss-Kahn.
“There is much to be done in Ukraine, and much can be done. The problem is not so much in the money we can provide, but that the principal efforts must be made within the country,” the IMF director said during a video linkup with the 6th Yalta European Strategy (YES) forum.
