KIEV, Sept. 25 – The results of checks conducted by UEFA experts on the construction of a Euro 2012 stadium in Lviv have shown that the stadium will not be commissioned on time, by the summer of 2011.

"There is a major delay in construction work, while the current time schedule submitted for this report still envisions the commissioning of the stadium in December 2010. This is totally unrealistic and impossible," reads a confidential UEFA report, a copy of which was posted on the Web site champion.com.ua.
