KIEV, Sept. 25 – National energy company Ukrenergo plans by late 2009 to sign a credit agreement worth EUR300 million with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the European Investment Bank to build the Zaporizhia NPP-Kakhovska substation 750 kV power transmission line, the acting head of Ukrenergo, Kostiantyn Uschakovsky, said on Thursday.
"I think that by late 2009 the project and credit agreements would be signed," he said.
He said that the projected assessment of the construction of the line using 2009 prices is UAH3 billion.
