KIEV, Sept. 24 – National Nuclear Generating Company EnergoAtom and Russia's AtomStroyExport are discussing a full financing of the completion of construction of reactor three and reactor four of Khmelnytsky nuclear power plant by Russia.

Deputy Fuel and Energy Minister, Natalia Shumkova, told the press after a roundtable devoted to diversification projects in the Ukrainian energy sphere organized by the Razumkov Center that at present talks between EnergoAtom and AtomStroyExport on drawing up of an intergovernmental agreement on the completion of reactor three and reactor four of Khmelnytsky are being held in Kiev.
