KIEV, Sept. 17 – It's likely that the vacancy rate on the warehouse real estate market in Kiev in 2009 will not exceed 30%, according to experts from the Ukrainian representative office of CB Richard Ellis international consulting company.
"In H2, a slight rise in the share of vacant premises could be seen, which would be caused by the appearance of those projects, the commissioning of which cannot be postponed. It's unlikely that in 2009 the share of vacant space will exceed 30% of total supply on the market," said a company report.
