KIEV, Sept. 16 – The State Property Fund is to announce a tender to sell state stakes in 14 regional energy supply companies (oblenergos) by Dec. 1, Dmytro Parfenenko, acting head of the fund, has reported.

"It depends on the way you read it: [We are] to announce a tender by December 1 or sell [the stakes] by December 1. We read it that we are to announce [the tender] by December 1," he said, commenting on cabinet resolution No. 1004-r of August 19, 2009, which amended the procedure for selling state stakes in 14 regional energy supply companies.
