KIEV, Sept. 16 – Presidents of Ukraine and Turkmenistan Viktor Yushchenko and Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow have opened the Atamurat-Kerkichi railway bridge across the Amu Darya River and participated in a ceremony to lay the foundation of a road bridge across the river.

"It is a great success in Ukrainian-Turkmen partnership. It is a victory of our engineering thought and our practice," the presidential press service quoted Yushchenko as saying on Wednesday.
