ASHGABAT, Sept. 15 – The foreign ministries of Ukraine and Turkmenistan signed a protocol on cooperation after talks in Ashgabat on Tuesday.

In addition, the agriculture ministries of Ukraine and Turkmenistan signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of testing and protecting sorts of plants.

The two countries' chambers of commerce and industry signed an agreement on creating a business council, while Kiev National Transport University and the Turkmen State Institute of Transport and Communications (based in Ashgabat) signed a cooperation agreement.
