KIEV, Sept. 15 – The Ukrainian authorities have all the tools needed to prevent the country’s defaulting on its debts, Economy Minister Bohdan Danylyshyn has said.
"I have never talked about a default. A default occurs when Ukraine or any other country is on its knees, and there is nothing else it can do. Ukraine has enough strength, including financial strength, in order not to face default," he stated in an interview with the Interfax-Ukraine.
