KIEV, Sept. 11 - Naftogaz Ukrayiny expects to raise the tariff on transit of natural gas through Ukraine to $2.7-$2.8 per 1,000 cubic meters per 100 kilometers in 2010 from $1.7 currently, First Deputy CEO Ihor Didenko said in a television interview on Thursday evening.

"We anticipate next year's price at $2.7-$2.8 per 1,000 cubic meters per 100 kilometers," he said, adding that "the only unknown is the price of the gas that will be used as fuel at pump stations on Ukraine's gas transportation system."
