KIEV, Sept. 11 – A new intergovernmental agreement on the cooperation in gas sector between Russia and Ukraine may be worked out by the time of the two countries' premiers meeting scheduled for October, Fuel and Energy Minister Yuriy Prodan told reporters on Thursday.

"If we reach certain agreements on the project we will table it at a meeting of the intergovernmental committee. Both parties want to harmonize the regulatory basis," he said.
