KIEV, Sept. 4 – Ecoenergy and Biogasprom (both Swedish companies) are ready to invest EUR 300-400 million into the construction of a waste incinerator generating heat and electric power in Donetsk, according to a statement on the website of Donetsk Mayor Oleksandr Lukyanchenko.

The construction of a plant could start in November 2009. It is to be launched in autumn 2012.

The plant will be equipped with three technological lines: a separation one, a line for biogas production (methane and carbon dioxide) and an incineration line generating heat and electric power.
