KHARKIV, Sept. 2 - Kharkiv Tractor Plant has resumed operations after an idle period lasting for some two months, the company told Interfax-Ukraine.
The plant said that it has orders for September, although they are small. At present, the plant expects to receive state aid for leasing purchases of tractors for farmers.
A posting on the website of Kharkiv regional state administration says that on Tuesday Kharkiv regional state administration head Arsen Avakov told the press that the situation at Kharkiv Tractor Plant remains difficult and the region leadership also expects help from the state.
