MOSCOW, Sept. 1 - Russia and Ukraine expect to draw up an intergovernmental agreement on completing the construction of power units 3 and 4 of the Khmelnytsky Nuclear Power Plant by the end of September, the Russian nuclear power equipment and service export monopoly Atomstroyexport, which is bidding for the general contract, said in a statement.
Russia and Ukraine held negotiations on the completion of the Khmelnytsky Nuclear Power Plant in Moscow at the end of August. The parties agreed to start coordinating the intergovernmental agreement between various agencies in both Russia and Ukraine in early October.
