Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada plans to separate powers and posts of Kyiv City Mayor and Head of the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA) and repeatedly introduce district administration in Kyiv City. A total of 244 MPs backed at first reading bill No. 2143-3 amending the law of Ukraine on the capital of Ukraine – the Hero City of Kyiv.
