KIEV, Aug. 27 - Ukraine’s opposition leader and the frontrunner in upcoming presidential election, Viktor Yanukovych, said Thursday he would seek to change a 10-year natural gas agreement with Russia after winning the presidency.
“I think that in a package of various problems that currently exist between Ukraine and Russia, there is a place for this issue,” Yanukovych said at a press conference when asked when he would seek to change the gas agreement.
