KIEV, Aug. 21 - The share of bad credits in the total amount of loans extended by Ukrainian banks in July 2009 grew by 0.7 percentage points, to 6.17% by August 1, the National Bank of Ukraine reported.
The amount of bad credits in monetary terms in July grew by 13.2%, to UAH 46.055 billion, the NBU said.
Since the beginning of the year, bad debts have grown by almost 2.6 times, by UAH 28.04 billion.
