KIEV, Aug. 20 – Persistent political pressure from the government of Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko is causing Rivneazot to stay idle for the fourth consecutive month and does not allow resuming production of mineral fertilizers, reads a company report.

"Tymoshenko in the period when she has been prime minister only created problems for Rivneazot and its workers," reads the report.

Rivneazot said that an example of the discriminative attitude to the company is a cabinet decision to cut prices of natural gas for all Ukrainian nitric fertilizer producers, apart from the Rivne plant.
