KIEV, Aug, 19 - Ukraine will announce its position on the possible restructuring of the debt of national oil and gas producer Naftogaz Ukrayiny by the end of this week, acting Finance Minister Ihor Umansky said.

"At present, we are studying the structure of the owners of Naftogaz liabilities and their geography. This is necessary to understand the method and procedure for holding talks, which will be proposed to them," he told journalists in Kiev on Wednesday.
