The Kyiv District Administrative Court is considering the claims filed by Belarusian Cement Company and the importers of its products (Belbudmaterialy-Ukraine LLC, Pilomaterialy-Service) to declare illegal and cancel antidumping duties in relation to cement imports to Ukraine.
