KIEV, Aug. 7 – UEFA has decided to open an International Broadcasting Center (IBC) in Warsaw to broadcast matches of the Euro 2012 European Football Championship, Kommersant Ukraine newspaper reported on Friday.

"This decision is indirect evidence that the Euro 2012 final match will be held there [in Warsaw], rather than in Kiev," the newspaper said.
