KIEV, Aug. 6 – Ukrainians in Q2 became less afraid of establishing bank deposits, GfK Ukraine research company reported.
"Some 8% of Ukrainians have term deposit and savings accounts, with 86% of them being saving accounts in the national currency – an increase of nine percentage points over the number for the first quarter of this year. Overall, results for the second quarter show that Ukrainians have begun to see the current situation as one conducive to the opening of saving accounts," the company reported.
