KIEV, Aug. 3 – The Antimonopoly Committee has permitted InterContinental Overseas Holding Corporation (Wilmington, the United States) to take over the management of the property of Kiev-based Hotel Management Ltd.

Interfax-Ukraine said that the U.S. company has taken over the management of InterContinental five-star hotel located at 2-a Zhytomyrska Street in Kyiv, which would be opened on August 22.
