KIEV, July 30 - The government has decided to sell controlling stakes in 15 regional power distributing companies, Dmytro Parfemenko, the acting head of the State Property Fund, said Thursday.

This will be the biggest sell-off of Ukraine’s power distributing assets since April 2001, when the government has sold stakes in six regional power distributors to foreign investors at an open auction.
