KIEV, July 27 - The price Ukraine pays for imported natural gas will fall to $198.34 per 1,000 cubic meters in the third quarter, 26.8% less than in the second quarter, Naftogaz Ukrayiny spokesman Valentin Zemliansky told Interfax.

Imports in July will amount to about 3 billion cubic meters (bcm), he forecast.

It was reported earlier that Ukraine paid $360 per 1,000 cubic meters for Russian gas in the first quarter and $270.95 in the second quarter.
