KIEV, July 24 – The National Bank of Ukraine has proposed to the Ukrainian cabinet to move Kiev-based Ukrprombank's liabilities to individuals to Kiev-based State Savings Bank of Ukraine (Oschadbank), has said.
"The NBU had proposed various ways to settle the issues with Ukrprombank to the government, including recapitalization. In case of the negative outcome with recapitalization, NBU proposed to consider a possibility to move Ukrprombank's liabilities to individuals to Oschadbank," said Serhiy Kruhlyk, the director of the department for foreign economic relations at the NBU.
