KIEV, July 24 – The National Bank of Ukraine reported that Ukraine's consolidated balance of payments deficit from January through June came to $7.288 billion, 11.1% up from January to May.

"The deficit of the consolidated balance of payments [in June 2009 alone]
amounted to $732 million, compared to $275 million registered in May 2009," reads the report.
