KIEV, July 20 – The Industry Ministry has authorized state-run Aviant aircraft plant to issue UAH 858 million of bonds secured by government guarantees.

The bonds, worth UAH 1,000 each, will be issued in two series: the total face value of the A-series bonds will be UAH 515 million, that of the B-series bonds will be UAH 343 million, reads the bond issue prospectus placed in the information disclosure system of the State Commission for Securities and the Stock Market.

The yield on the A-series bonds will be 11% per annum for the entire period of the bonds' circulation, and that of the B-series bonds will be 16.5% for the first year of circulation.
