KIEV, July 20 - Ukraine and Libya will go ahead to create a joint venture that would build a new oil refinery in Ukraine with participation of Libyan investors, the government press service reported Monday.

Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko met her Libyan counterpart Al-Baghdadi Ali Al-Mahmudi in Kiev to discuss cooperation in energy sector, aircraft building and agriculture between the two countries, the press service said.
