KIEV, July 15 – Cargill Financial Services International is suing Kiev-based
Finance and Credit Bank for the repayment of about $44 million in debts.

As Interfax-Ukraine learned from the Ukrainian bank, CFSI on June 18 submitted a corresponding claim to a court in the New York state. As a result, Finance and Credit's accounts at four U.S. banks were frozen until a verdict is reached.
