KIEV, July 13 – The European Commission will provide EUR9 million to support Ukraine's coal industry, a representative of the European Commission's delegation to Ukraine, Hans Rhien, said in Kiev on Monday.

According to Rhien, the program is to run until the end of 2010 and is to support Ukraine in developing and restructuring its coal industry.
