KIEV, July 10 – Agreements on restructuring part of the debts to foreign creditors of Ukrgasbank and Rodovid Bank could be concluded by the end of July, Ukraine's Finance Ministry has reported.

Progress has been made in elaborating the debt restructuring conditions for Ukrgasbank to its foreign creditors to the tune of $26.5 million, which is almost 80% of the overall sum of the bank's foreign debt, reads the report.
