KIEV, July 8 - Fevamotinico S.a.r.L (Luxemburg), which owns 51% of the ore-mining company Ferrexpo plc, a company with assets in Ukraine, is to buy about 9.8% of Toledo Mining plc.

As Toledo Mining plc reported on www.toledomining.com, Fevamotinico S.a.r.L committed to subscribe to 4,060,000 placing shares (shares placed in the company's share capital) representing approximately 9.8% of the enlarged issued share capital.
