MOSCOW, June 29 - Moody's Investors Service has downgraded the long-term foreign currency senior unsecured debt rating of Bank Nadra to C from Caa2, with a stable outlook.

The rating agency also left the bank financial strength rating (BFSR) of E, the deposit ratings of Caa2/Not Prime and the national scale rating (NSR) of B3.ua unchanged and kept the deposit ratings and the NSR on review for possible downgrade.
