KIEV, June 26 – The National Electricity Regulatory Commission forecast that the first auction on the access to power transmission lines for electricity exports would be held in August 2009, said NERC head Valeriy Kalchenko.

He said that the commission is agreeing a procedure for holding auctions at the Ukrainian Fuel and Energy Ministry, Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and other interested bodies.
