KIEV, June 25 – Knauf Insulation Ukraine Ltd. plans to build a rockwool insulation plant worth over EUR 100 million in Fastiv (Kiev region), although the company has not decided when work on the plant will start, company Director Andriy Pavlyk said.

"We have now received all of the required permits, and the company has a long-term lease on a land plot allocated for the construction of the plant. We confirm our plans to build a rockwool insulation plant … and are hoping for the rapid stabilization of the market," he said.
